Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Prepare project proposals, monitor and carry out final inspection of any project according to the code of BNBC, NFPA and RSC standard.
∎ 2. Maintain close coordination with all units & related departments to face RSC inspection & any other audit (if required)
∎ 3. Sufficient knowledge on recent modifications/changes in BNBC and NFPA and take initiative to address the relevant issues promptly.
∎ 4. Act as advisor of management to comply and meet all RSC, Customer and any 3rd party's requirements.
∎ 5.Any other jobs as assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1. Must have good command on CAD
∎ 2. Experience of Serving in Accord/Alliance/RSC/any 3rd party audit firm.
∎ 3. Self-driven, motivated and proactive.
∎ 4. Time Bound approach to complete any given assignment.
∎ 5.Professional Experience in Accord/Alliance/RSC/ or any 3rd party audit firm will be given priority.
