∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD Designing, Effective Communication Skill, Negotiation Skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Construction engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BoQ) against renovation/interior works.
∎ Preparation of plans/arrangements for any renovation or interior fit-out works at the bank’s premises.
∎ Keeping track of work progress as per plan & BoQ.
∎ Site visit as & when requires.
∎ Must be able to take project ownership & project coordination.
∎ Keeping track of prices of construction & interior materials and market trends.
∎ Negotiate with vendors on price.
∎ Ensure standard/good quality of works
∎ Involve in the physical measurement of works to find out actual work done & settlement of all bills.
∎ Quick response against maintenance works of branch/office premises.
∎ Vendor management and evaluation.
∎ Maintain good coordination & communication with all related stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Ready to travel in any areas of Bangladesh, as & when requires.
∎ Preferable to have Project Management experience.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of the structural design.
∎ Good understanding of rate analysis.
