∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales/ Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining and increasing sales of company products
∎ Reached the targets and goals set for Mention area
∎ Establishing, maintaining and expanding area customer base
∎ Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
∎ Setting sales targets for individual reps and Mention team as a whole
∎ Recruiting and training sales staff
∎ Allocating areas to sales representatives
∎ Developing sales strategies and setting targets
∎ Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
∎ Compiling and analyzing sales figures
∎ Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
∎ Collecting customer feedback and market research
∎ Reporting to senior managers
∎ Keeping up to date with products and competitors
∎ Must be able to work under pressure and meet dead line.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Good speaking and typing knowledge in both English & Bengali.
∎ Should have strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office Programs: MS Word,
∎ MS Excel, Power point, & MS Access & E-Mail, Internet Browsing and maintain

Salary: Negotiable
