Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key Result #1: Support the Senior CH Supervisors/Officers and CH Supervisor/Officers with organizing the day-to-day training, activities, coaching, and capacity building of CHWs, CPWs, Referral Assistants and others works within a specific catchment area.
∎ Educating, counselling, training, workshop support to CHP Workers.
∎ Field and households visiting with CH Workers.
∎ Follow up of referrals and CHP worker’s day to day activities.
∎ Household spot checks and monitoring of workers’/volunteers home visits, community workshops/sessions in support to supervisor.
∎ Support on filed ANC/PNC/FP activities and visits as well as implementing SRH.
∎ Assist to supervisor for field level data collection, entry and reporting.
∎ Attend relevant external and internal trainings in order to reproduce learnings at the field level.
∎ Key Result #2: Staff coordination
∎ Serve as a liaison between JRRP and CH leadership and the Rohingya CH Volunteer Leads and CHWs/CPVs/CH referral Assistants.
∎ Troubleshoot issues and concerns surrounding CHP services.
∎ Support with KOBO community satisfaction surveys – delivery, data analysis and training.
