Kasundi Restaurant is looking for a skilled and experienced Chinese Chef to join our culinary team in Cox’s Bazar. The ideal candidate must be an expert in authentic Chinese cuisine, able to prepare a wide range of dishes with consistency, creativity, and high standards of hygiene.
Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes (Szechuan, Cantonese, Hunan, etc.) with excellent taste and presentation.
Develop and design Chinese menu items, including specials, based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients.
Ensure consistency of taste, portion, and quality in all dishes served.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen.
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in Chinese cooking techniques.
Monitor inventory, manage stock, and ensure cost-effective use of ingredients.
Collaborate with the Head Chef and F&B Manager to maintain high service standards.
Maintain awareness of food trends and introduce innovative Chinese recipes.
