Educational Requirements:
∎ University degree in Psychology or relevant field

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least three years' relevant experience within a development organization,
∎ Proven experience in delivering and facilitating training, awareness-raising sessions, mentoring of staff,
∎ Analytical capacities (qualitative/quantitative data) ability to handle/manage large datasets
∎ Proven experience in implementing/managing PSS projects or activities
∎ Knowledge of child protection
∎ Willingness and ability to work in the field environment, in all weather conditions.
∎ Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point)
∎ Good organizational and management skills.
