Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate in Social Welfare, Sociology, Political science/Social Science, Management or relevant subjects.
∎ Educational qualification is considered for the experienced candidates.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To facilitate fulfillment of all donor requirements associated with Child Partners and to ensure the free, active and meaningful participation of children in the project.
∎ To ensure timely collection and processing of all Child Partner administration requirements - quarterly and annual data sheets, photos, letters etc.
∎ To maintain high levels of privacy and document security in accordance with child protection principles.
∎ To ensure for implementation of Child Protection Policy.
∎ Responsible for communication and correspondence (case history/study, photos, letter) between child partners and donors.
∎ Responsible to play roles as focal person for child protection at project and community level.
∎ Handle the complaints procedure and ensuring everyone at the consultation is appropriately briefed on the child-protection policy.
∎ Responsible for coordinating activities related to children's protection, participation for a consultation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 2-3 years working experience on Women & children rights and protection through self-help group approach or community development in a reputable organization.
∎ Fluency in written and spoken English language.
∎ Capable & willingness to drive Motor Cycle with valid Driving License.
∎ Computer skill on MS Word, Excel, Power Point Presentation and Data Analysis skill.
∎ Excellent Communication, Networking & Interpersonal skills.
∎ Presentation/Facilitation/Training/Counseling and motivational skill.
∎ Report writing skill in English.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 34700 (Monthly)
∎ Consolidated pay of Tk.34,700/- (Thirty-four thousand and seven hundred only) with all admissible benefits.
