Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To take over all responsibility for establishing a Learning and Recreation Center (LRC).
∎ Conduct survey of working children and selection.
∎ Child enrollment in LRC and ensure their participation in session.
∎ Ensuring child friendly environment in the LRC.
∎ Preparing session routine and lesson plan.
∎ Conduct education and awareness raising session.
∎ To ensuring the mental growth and leadership of working children.
∎ Developing education and awareness raising materials.
∎ To organise meeting with different stakeholder and conduct meeting discussion.
∎ To organise National and International day observation/ celebrating with the LRC children.
∎ Rapport building with the employer, guardian and local community people.
∎ Preparing progress report and submit to project office.
∎ Maintain official documentation and communicate with the reporting officials.
∎ Assist others in the project if needed
∎ Perform any other duties and tasks as requested by project management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Experienced with Street or Working Children or domestic child worker candidate will be preferred.
∎ The applicants should have much knowledge on MS Office operation.
Salary: Tk. 14910 (Monthly)
