Program Development:

• Design and implement child care programs tailored to the needs of the community.
• Conduct assessments to identify the specific needs of children and families.

Training and Capacity Building:

• Provide training and support to caregivers, teachers, and community workers on best practices in childcare and development.
• Develop training materials and resources.

Community Engagement:

•  Collaborate with community leaders, parents, and other stakeholders to promote childcare initiatives.
• Organize community events and workshops to raise awareness about child development issues.

Reporting: 

• Prepare regular reports on program activities, outcomes, and challenges for management and stakeholders.
• Document case studies and success stories to share with the broader community.

Integrity:

• Showcases integrity standards as outlined in Cordaid’s integrity policies. Fulfills integrity responsibilities as outlined in Cordaid’s Integrity Framework and Standard Operating Procedures. Other duties/additional tasks:

• Supports the project’s security and risk management system through identification, communication and analysis of potential risks and security issues in the project region and related mitigation recommendations and procedures.
• Other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor to support program implementation, including for other project output.
