Responsibilities & Context:
National Energy Services Limited (“NESL”), a company incorporated in Bangladesh having registered office at Suite 702 (7th Floor), 28 Dilkusha Commercial Area, Dhaka-1000 provides a wide range of services for employment of expatriate and National personnel to Telecommunication and Oil & Gas sectors in Bangladesh. NESL intends to engage an experienced Chief Technical Officer for one of its clients.
- Review existing IT operations and internal processes, collect and analyze data to provide solutions to enhance IT services and operations.
- Strategize to be up-to-date on the latest process and IT enhancements to measure and increase efficiency.
- Manage the entire IT activities ensuring the smooth running of the higher authority in the daily tasks.
- Proposing and managing budgets for projects.
- Supervising the work of multiple teams.
- Planning and executing strategies for completing projects on time.
- Researching and developing designs and products.
- Determining the need for training and talent development.
- Hiring contractors and building teams.
- Implementing business practices, metrics, and procedures to assure total quality of the products and services provided by the team.
- Providing project oversight to achieve quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
- Working under general direction and has direct and indirect supervisory responsibility.
