Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making good quality service in hotel environment.
∎ Ensuring the kitchen area is properly maintained and cleaned.
∎ Maintaining kitchen equipment's and other raw materials of cooking inventory.
∎ Preparing requisition for daily shopping and buying raw materials for cooking.
∎ Carrying out operations of customer care service and taking orders over phone.
∎ Interacting extensively with customers to clarify their needs.
∎ Ensuring marketing tools availability and delivering the appropriate information.
∎ Preparing food according to order and handing over the parcel to the delivery person.
∎ Maintaining hygiene and safe preparation of food within the food preparation area.
∎ Ensuring that all food items are prepared as per standard recipe cards whilst maintaining portion control and minimizing wastage.
∎ Maintaining consistency of food quality, taste and presentation.
∎ Conducting routine tasks as directed by the management.
∎ Any other responsibilities as per management decisions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Fast Food Shop, Food (Packaged), Restaurant
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Smart in attire and gesture
∎ Self-Motivated
∎ Hard worker
∎ The applicant should have 3-5 years' experience in relevant field
∎ Should have knowledge about Fast Food, Thai, Chinese & Indian food
