∎ HSC/ Diploma in Hospitality Management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the best customer service to maintain the brand standard.
∎ Serving the customers with a great hospitality to achieve the visitor reputation
∎ Prepare, decorate & serve the foods and drinks for the customers to meet their expectations.
∎ Ensure the payment from the customers for the revenue of the company.
∎ Maintain health, safety & security law for the safety of the customers as well as all other employees.
∎ Work in the shift in a proper and hygienic way to maintain the food safety law.
∎ Maintain POS Operation to keep the revenue safe.
∎ Counseling with the customers thirsty for information, queries and application to promote and marketing the brand value.
∎ Reporting to the Outlet Manager to ensure all the assigned tasks have been done properly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Retail Stores/Shops, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):bell desk , hotel,resort
∎ Basic Computer Literacy.
∎ Experience of retail operation, customer service will be additional advantage.
∎ 1/2 years experiences in any renowned vibrant team.
