∎ Minimum 05 years of experience in managing security operations of a group of companies (it may be relaxed for highly designated army official).
∎ Candidates must be at least Retired Army Commissioned Officer.
∎ Candidates should have experience in the following business area(s): Power Plant, Textile and Group of Company.
∎ Candidates should have team management capability.
∎ Candidates should be positive & Pro-active attitude towards work.
∎ Candidates should be able to work under pressure efficiently.
∎ Candidates with security and defense experience will get preference.
∎ Candidates should be good at report writing in both Bengali & English.
∎ Candidates should be physically fit.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols across all SBUs.
∎ Coordinate and oversee security operations at different project sites, ensuring a uniform standard of security measures.
∎ Train, mentor, and develop the security personnel to enhance their skills and efficiency.
∎ Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
∎ Implement security training programs, drills, and awareness campaigns for employees and security teams.
∎ Liaise with local law enforcement agencies and security service providers to ensure external support when required.
∎ Manage and oversee security-related incidents, investigations, and reporting.
∎ Ensure proper allocation and management of security resources, including personnel, technology, and equipment.
∎ Monitor and evaluate security performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
∎ Ensure the safeguard of all project assets, including personnel, machinery, and materials.
∎ Visit different projects to assess existing security arrangement, identify pitfalls & ensure appropriate measures.
∎ Maintain a high level of confidentiality and ethical standards in all security matters.

∎ We are looking a dynamic and responsible "Chief Security Officer” in Admin- Security Department for Paramount Group located at Gulshan-02, Dhaka.
∎ Job Responsibilities
