Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive the apparel business in line with clear vision of the organization.
∎ Pitch/ exploration/ penetration of new & existing apparel market and device apparel customer acquisition & coverage strategy.
∎ Device strategy of RMG product segmentation, customization & innovation to fit for diversified customer needs.
∎ Gain & maintain customer loyalty by optimizing customer relationship management for key accounts.
∎ Enhance the apparel brand image of the organization and to take the company/brand at new height though brand engagement initiatives, community participation and key customer visit.
∎ Ensure top and bottom line of current business, constantly look upon increasing the value, volume and revenue of the entire.
∎ Ensure business growth in both organic and inorganic ways.
∎ Develop optimum plant utilization through best usage of workforce, machine & materials in line with operational compliance.
∎ Ensure annual budgeting and strategic direction to business units to bring operational excellence within budget.
∎ Manage "transformation & change management" in terms of business initiatives & projects to uplift the organization at new height.
∎ Promote employment brand and drive actions towards employer of choice to attract the best talents in the company.
