• Minimum 15-20 years of progressive leadership experience in FMCG, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple functions.

Job Responsibilities

• Translate vision into winning strategies, execute long & short-term business plans, and proactively adapt to market trends and competitive dynamics.
• Build powerful brands, drive product innovation, and execute impactful marketing campaigns that strengthen market positioning and consumer trust.
• Accelerate revenue growth through robust trade, retail, and distribution strategies, delivering market share leadership in both domestic and export markets.
• Ensure cost-efficient sourcing, forge strong supplier partnerships, and optimize supply chain operations while safeguarding quality and resilience.
• Drive world-class manufacturing through Lean, TPM, and OEE practices, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
• Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration while nurturing future leaders.
• Own complete P&L, optimize costs, implement KPI-driven performance monitoring, and create sustainable value for shareholders.
