Educational Requirements:
∎ Should have a Post Graduate degree or MBA in marketing & business development from any recognized University/Institute and possesses requisite experience in marketing and sales HR frameworks, sales audit management, marketing and operations in the (Food & Beverage manufacturing Unit).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day to day sales monitoring for all sales team members.
∎ Accountable for his own sales team performance.
∎ Developing an annual Sales Plan and providing quarterly and monthly updates in connection to the company's yearly business plan.
∎ To be responsible for leading the Sales team(s) to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.
∎ Ensure team sales activities by implementation of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly action plan and evaluate with the top management.
∎ Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team.
∎ Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.
∎ Regular analysis of sales trends & upcoming with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools.
∎ Proposing & implementing sales promotion.
∎ Market analysis for correct strategies development for sales and pricing.
∎ To participate in any other activities when required as part of management.
∎ The COO reports to the Company Managing Director/Director/Additional Managing Director.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ A minimum of 10 years of business management experience across a range of business developments disciplines in the (Food & Beverage manufacturing Unit).
∎ Marketing and sales reporting capabilities including budgeting and sales cash flows management.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Strong general IT infrastructure knowledge.
∎ Strong sales & marketing human capital management knowledge. Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
