Educational Requirements:
∎ Should have a Post Graduate degree or MBA in marketing & business development from any recognized University/Institute and possesses requisite experience in marketing and sales HR frameworks, sales audit management, marketing and operations in the (Garment stock lot unit).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have Experience leading sound knowledge garments stock lot products from local purchase and foreign export to Dubai, Malaysia, Singapore, Saudi Arabia and Philippines or respected others countries.
∎ Takes responsibility for overall monitoring and supervision of all merchandising and marketing activities for the Group. Market analysis for correct strategies development for sales and pricing.
∎ 'Go the extra mile every day' for customers.
∎ Setting KPI for the department.
∎ Scans the business environment to explore options for revenue generation from new and existing customers..
∎ Tracks and takes necessary steps to ensure the achievement of periodic order booking and delivery targets for the company as part of the overall financial targets on sales and profitability and operational targets related to capacity utilization of the plant.
∎ Analyze the impact of changes in the economy at national and global levels, on the readymade garment stock lot (RMG) business, and draw up action plans to take proactive actions
∎ Gathers relevant data continuously on pricing patterns to aid pricing decisions for the Group.
∎ Regularly collects and analyses competitor information through market intelligence and other sources.
∎ Negotiates price and value of company product with customers and finalizes orders
∎ Maintains sound customer relations in the market with the dual objectives of retaining existing customers and acquiring new customers.
∎ Provides inputs into costing of products based on market surveys to eliminate any loss due to wrong pricing.
∎ Ensures matching of planned vs. actual cash flows through appropriate follow up on customer payments.
∎ Takes regular developmental feedback from customer on issues regarding quality and delivery schedules.
∎ The COO reporting to the Company Managing Director/Director/Additional Managing Director.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 15 years in marketing and at least 10 years in a position of similar responsibility in the Garment merchandising as Garment stock lot unit, Accessories, Knit, Woven, Textiles, Spinning, Washing and Dying Unit.
∎ Strong in written and spoken English is highly required.
∎ Advanced knowledge of IT i.e. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Internet is a must.
∎ Excellent communication & presentation skills. International experiences a plus.
∎ Willing to travel when necessary.
