Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing Marketing policy and strategy for-
∎ Establishing marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of products and/or services.
∎ Research, analysis, and monitoring financial, technological, and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized.
∎ Developing and recommending pricing strategy for the organization which will result in the greatest share of the market over the long run.
∎ Achieving satisfactory profit/loss ratio and share of market performance in relation to pre-set standards and to general and specific trends within the industry and the economy.
∎ Ensuring effective control of marketing results and that corrective action takes place to be certain that the achievement of marketing objectives is within designated budgets.
∎ Supervising development and execution of-
∎ Marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and/or services.
∎ Plans for the organization's advertising and promotion activities including print, electronic, and direct mail outlets.
∎ Public relation activities, health awareness talks, Seminar, Workshop & CMEs.
∎ Sales program to generate new referrals.
∎ Plans to sustain and increase patient referral from Info Centers.
∎ Plans for Corporate Customer acquiring, retaining and enhancing.
∎ Monitoring the Business Development performance of the hospital by-
∎ Evaluating market reactions to major marketing activities and ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
∎ Recommending changes in basic structure and organization of marketing group to ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives assigned to it and provides the flexibility to move swiftly in relation to marketing problems and opportunities.
∎ Liaison with outside business associates/agencies, regulatory bodies, media houses and any other stake holders for EHD business.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The incumbent must have at least 10 years of experience in Marketing/ Business Development and in which, 5 years of experience in Marketing/ Business Development function of Health Care Industry is preferred.
