  • Minimum 03 to 05 years experiences as CMO.

  • Should have strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team

  • Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, sales, brand and product.

  • Deep understanding of changing market dynamics

  • The applicants should have experience in sales and marketing, consumer Sales, FMCG Sales & Marketing.

Job Context:

  • The person holding this position will be responsible for leading and managing business activities and developing operational & business strategies for business growth and target achievement by formulating and implementing strategic objectives and policies.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Building a high-performing marketing team and ensuring effective coordination with other stakeholders to align marketing efforts with overall business activities

  • Conceptualizing and implementing the marketing strategy & plan in alignment with business objectives

  • Enhance brand visibility and recognition through innovative campaigns and customer engagement initiatives

  • Designing, planning, and executing effective marketing campaigns in line with the marketing strategy, and establishing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI

  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.

  • Leading the overall brand`s financial planning, developing plans and forecasts that drive growth and achieve profit objectives for the brand

  • Creating content strategies based on business objectives, category focus, and audience segments across all marketing channels, including online, offline, and social platforms.

  • Managing and reviewing the marketing budget to allocate resources effectively and ensure optimal ROI on marketing investments.

  • Staying updated on market trends and competitor strategies, conducting market research, and gathering insights to inform marketing decisions and stay ahead in the industry.

  • Any other tasks assigned by the Management time to time.
