Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate in Finance & Accounting with CA-CC,
∎ Qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA)/Cost Management Accountant would be preferable.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Microsoft Office Applications, Tally ERP 9

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, Cost & Management Accounting, Income Tax and VAT, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
Job Context:
∎ Main Purpose of the position: Effective cost control, risk management, and planning organization financial strategies.
∎ The Basic Functions: As CFO, the Incumbent is responsible for managing the overall day-to-day operations and strategic functions of Finance, Accounts, Tax & VAT departments by monitoring a large group of employees in both the Head office, Dhaka and factory, Savar.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost & Credit Control, Margin Analysis, Costing & Profitability Analysis and Management Reporting.
∎ Manage timely completion of month-end financial close.
∎ Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & statutory accounts.
∎ Develop the finance team to be able to apply and execute financial policy and accounting procedure manually and digitally.
∎ Preparation and submission of applications to Commercial Banks for financial assistance in form of Term Loans, Short Term Deposits and timely follow up for necessary sanctions, documentations and disbursements.
∎ Compliance with income Tax and VAT regulations.
∎ Review all financial records, systems and control process of the Group as per accounting standards.
∎ To review the Group financial conditions and recommend viable alternatives for establish credibility of accounts and finance department.
∎ Analyze and make recommendations on Group internal financial reporting in order to best respond to the needs of key Management.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
