Experience:

• At least 20 years

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is a must requirement. CFA, CPA, ACCA or MBA in Finance will be an added advantage.

• At least 20 years

• Minimum 20 (twenty) years of working experience in bank and or Fl, with minimum 8 (eight) years` experience in different senior level operational positions in Financial Administration.

• Strong network within the financial sector and with regulatory bodies.

Major Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop financial strategies that aligns with the bank`s goal and ensure growth while collaborating with other Department heads to intergrade them into broader business objectives.

• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and be accountable for its correctness.

• Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies and other senior stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

• Identify, assess, & mitigate financial risks by developing and implementing financial risk management strategies and policies.

• Optimize and monitor bank`s capital structure to enhance financial performance, stability and ensure adequate liquidity.
