Educational Requirements:
∎ Qualification MBA /ICMAB (Qualified) /CA- Part (01 or 11) equivalent in same Professional.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have knowledge about Preparation of Financial statements.
∎ Ensure compliance of Accounting Principles that already adopted in Bangladesh.
∎ To initiate Memo for Meetings of Board, Executive Committee and Audit Committee relating to Finance and Accounts Department.
∎ To prepare report of Annual Financial, Cost and Management Accounts.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on Tax and vat law of Bangladesh.
∎ Should have capabilities to handle with respective authorities regarding company tax, employee tax and vat.
∎ Obtain, analyses and evaluate Financial reports such as Income statement, Balance sheet, cost sheet, variance etc. and accounting documents, financial documents, all data, delivery order/ challan, receipt voucher, expenditure voucher etc.
∎ Able to reconcile, Cash book, Bank book, Customers ledger etc.
∎ Must have the practical experience in designing and implementation of various matters of Accounting, Costing, and Pay-roll.
∎ Must have the leadership capacity in the development for the continuous evaluation of short term and long term strategic financial activities of the Company.
∎ To ensure that Company's accounts, Financial matters etc are regularly and periodically audited by the internal and external auditors.
∎ Determine the accuracy and transparency of all financial transaction within the company.
∎ Prepare and present monthly audit report to the senior management on a regular basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ At least 10 year(s) practical experience in the same field and same Business area (Steel, Rolling etc.).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area (s): Accounts, Finance & Audit.
∎ Must have comprehensive knowledge of modern financial management, VAT, Tax and internal control system etc.
∎ Competent on computer based accounting system.
∎ Profound analysis & people management skill.
∎ Willing to work under immense pressure.
∎ Well Known to ERP.
