Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Credit Assessment, Reporting, Monitoring and Client communication
∎ Compile data on sales performance for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
∎ Conduct monthly stock reconciliations, ensuring that physical inventory matches the records in the company’s financial systems.
∎ Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to track stock movements, including purchases, sales, and returns.
∎ Maintain accurate records of stock adjustments, transfers, and write-offs, ensuring all adjustments are properly documented.
∎ Verify price for all products and implement in system after proper approval Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to implement price changes in the system and communicate these changes to relevant stakeholders.
