∎ Bachelor in Accounting or Finance from reputed university
∎ CA/CMA part qualified is must.

∎ The applicants must have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Vat & Tax, Garments Job.
∎ Experience in ERP Software

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks/ERP accurately.
∎ Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
∎ Preparing vouchers and ensuring entry to software on a regular basis.
∎ Communicating with Banks to ensure proper flow of daily transaction
∎ Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
∎ Supplier bills are checked & calculated daily.
∎ To maintain petty cash fund.
∎ Any other job assigned by the concerned authority.
∎ Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements.
∎ Handle the overall VAT & Tax-related work.
∎ Monitor monthly TDS, VDS deduction from the applicable heads of accounts and deposit to the Govt. exchequer.
∎ Ensure proper preparation and submission of VAT & Tax Returns.
∎ Carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.
