∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
∎ 3+ years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
∎ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Proficiency in inventory management software.
∎ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
∎ 5+ years of experience in VAT & Tax Management.
∎ Knowledge of current tax laws and regulations.Proficiency in accounting software and tax filing systems.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Bengali
∎ Should be good in Computer skills like, ERP Software, MS Office, Internet, etc.
∎ Dedicated and Hard Working Common Sense &Self-starterGood negotiation skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure regular VAT compliance as per Government rules and law.
∎ Ensure timely Payment of VAT, VDS etc. as per Govt.
∎ Rules using appropriate form/ treasury challans.
∎ Manage relationship with VAT & Customs Circle/Division Office.
∎ Ensure timely Preparation and maintain of all Musak (example 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 6.6, 6.7,6.8, 4.3 etc), VAT register, & Other VAT papers.
∎ Ensure all VAT registers and records conforming to VAT laws are updated in a timely manner.
∎ Ensure preparation of timely VAT Return and ensure its submission to relevant authorities with due diligence.
∎ Weekly, Monthly & Yearly VAT Related documentary Report.
∎ Any other task as per management requirement.
∎ Oversee and manage the overall operations of the warehouse.
∎ Plan and coordinate the receiving, storing, and dispatching of products.
∎ Supervise warehouse staff, conduct training, and enforce safety policies.
∎ Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Production, etc.) to fulfill inventory needs.
∎ Develop and implement efficient inventory management practices.
