∎ Age 45 to 50 years
∎ CA-CC is preferred. The candidate should have experience in any Manufacturing industry as General Manager- Accounts & Finance or Equivalent position at least 05 years. Advanced skills in written & communication in English. Possess superior problem solving and analytical as well as excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise the operation of Finance functionalities of the Group. Update monthly Financial statements , Confirming Bank reconciliation statements and prepare required other reports for the management.
∎ Monitor, supervise & guide the team members for timely preparation of Financial Statements & Bank reconciliation related to finance & accounts.
∎ Good knowledge about International banking and international trade.
∎ Prepare various official letters in English to the Bank for LC and Banking purpose.
∎ Manage annual external audits & liaise with external auditors during audit period.
∎ Preparation and submission of required returns to NBR, Customs & Bangladesh Bank etc. Liaison with various Govt. offices, Banks, Insurance and other related office. Commercial Banking for all type of LCs (UPAS, SBLC, SLC, BBLC, DLC).
∎ Knowledge about Funded and Non-Funded Liabilities.Proposal making for Bank loan for composite credit facilities.Project profile making, Projected Financial report making.
∎ Persuasion with Bank and NBFI.
∎ Handle other work assigned by the Management.
