Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and sustainability.
∎ Collaborate with the leadership team to drive financial planning and decision-making.

∎ Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support decision-making.
∎ Arrange debt and equity financing for capital projects and operations, including reviewing loan term sheets and finalizing agreements with international lenders.

∎ Analyze and advise on capital investments and other financial decisions to maximize returns.
∎ Oversee daily operations of the finance and accounts department.
