∎ Professional certifications in mechanical maintenance or related areas are a plus.

∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 08-12 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
∎ Experience in power plants, particularly with engines such as MAN 18V48/60TS, is preferred.
∎ Experience in the energy or manufacturing sector is a plus.
∎ Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
∎ Proficiency in reviewing technical drawings and implementing system modifications.
∎ Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Sound understanding of safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute work requests and cross-check the isolation of equipment for maintenance, ensuring adherence to safety practices.
∎ Supervise and participate in scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for main engines (MAN 18V48/60TS) and auxiliaries, including Fuel System, Intake Air System, Water Treatment System, Fuel Treatment System, Control Air System, Steam Turbine, Boiler, and other equipment.
∎ Troubleshoot and maintain separators, compressors, and repair various types of pumps.
∎ Conduct routine inspections and ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities and equipment history.
∎ Demonstrate proficiency in interpreting and reviewing drawings and designs, ensuring compliance with design requirements.
∎ Independently identify, evaluate, and troubleshoot complex faults arising from power plant operations and maintenance, providing accurate recommendations for resolution.
∎ Supervise and implement modifications to auxiliary systems to enhance operational efficiency.
∎ Adhere to ISO standards for Environment, Quality Management, and Occupational Health & Safety.
∎ Uphold plant safety guidelines and procedures, actively working towards maintaining an injury-free environment.
∎ Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements in all maintenance activities.
∎ Collaborate with the safety team to conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions where needed.
∎ Supervise and mentor the mechanical maintenance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
∎ Train and develop maintenance skills in team members to enhance overall competency.
∎ Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
∎ Maintenance Management:
