Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expertise in conducting training & workshops for technical persons/technicians around the organization.
∎ Alternate teaching techniques in order to maintain high motivation and interest in the subject areas.
∎ Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors.
∎ Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
∎ Conduct or arrange for ongoing technical training and personal development classes for staff members.
∎ Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
∎ Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
∎ Working on Training Evaluation/Assessment and training ROI.
∎ Hands-on experience in training management and development at the management level.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Should be an excellent result-oriented dynamic team player with strong analytical skills and aptitude.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
∎ Should be Well Groomed, a Self-starter, Proactive, Positive, and pleasant.
∎ Personality with a strong attitude to work with challenging and ever-demanding situations.
