∎ Age 23 to 37 years
∎ Excellent English communication skills (Speaking & Writing).
∎ Sound knowledge in SAP
∎ Advance excel knowledge.
∎ At least 3 years of work experience on similar position.
∎ Very good knowledge of spoken and written English.
∎ Sound knowledge in Microsoft Excel - (Macro + VBA will be add value).
∎ Very good SAP knowledge in accounting modules.
∎ Availability, empathy, commitment, communicativeness and good organization.
∎ Attitude to solving challenges, analytical skills.
∎ Desire of knowledge and self-development.
∎ Resistance to stress, availability, commitment to the work duties.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work collaboratively with other accounting officers within organization.
∎ Prepare financial reports on a determined schedule.
∎ Preparing and monitoring account payable and account receivable.
∎ Entering and reconciliation of bank transactions.
∎ Perform clearing of open positions of accounts receivable.
∎ Complete daily invoice related reports and submit it in SAP accurately.
∎ Keep track of incoming and outgoing transactions, payments, and other financial activities.
∎ Evaluate financial data, assess records and reports for accuracy, and research current financial and economic conditions.
∎ Investigate and provide feedback on accounting irregularities.
∎ Preparing OP Lists and Dunning Letters.
∎ Prepare documentation for audit and tax purposes.
∎ Contact with internal Teams (Finance).
∎ Support global Finance optimization projects.
∎ Prepare PO, review and submit it in SAP.
