∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ MBA/Master in Accounting with CA level 2 completed

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks/ERP accurately.
∎ Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
∎ Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements.
∎ Ensure compliance with all financial regulations. Assist in preparing Knowledge about Processing payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment.
∎ Ensure all payroll taxes and deductions are properly accounted for.
∎ Ability to prepare financial statement Monthly and Yearly through ERP system, Preparation of monthly Cash Flow statement.
∎ Assist in daily Fund Management and Loan Management by proper monitoring and control.
∎ Communicating with Banks to ensure proper flow of daily transaction.
∎ Report of any unusual activities like delay in depositing collections, Interest/charges calculation of overdraft and short-term loan and term loan etc.
∎ Thorough knowledge of Statutory Matters like Income Tax, Customs, Excise and VAT related matters and other MIS related reports as and To look after the inventory management etc.
