∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel agency background
∎ Basic knowledge of employee legislation
∎ Good Knowledge on People Management
∎ Experience using spreadsheets
∎ Good knowledge at MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
∎ High Skills on English & Bangla typing
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage overall financial and managerial activities on behalf of Management
∎ Manage Office and day to day activities and report to management as per needed
∎ Utilize software to organize financial account information
∎ Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources
∎ Make regular contact with clients to ensure payment
∎ Ensure company financial accounts, such as credit cards, are paid on time
∎ Perform internal audits on financial activities as necessary
∎ Review both incoming and outgoing invoices
∎ Generate financial reports for review regulatory authorities
∎ Ensure proper documentation with safe and standard system like Bill Vouchers, Bank Statement, Personnel File, Agreement, Letter, Notice, corresponding documents etc.
∎ Control of the financial transactions and prepare weekly report, monthly reports.
∎ To prepare voucher and checking bill/ supporting vouchers, make sure approval before all kinds of Payments and receipts.
