∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in ticketing and reservations (travel agency background preferred).
∎ Expertise in airline ticket reservation with 3–5 years of experience in GDS systems like Amadeus, Sabre, and Travel port.
∎ Proficiency in GDS systems.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create, issue, and manage individual/group PNRs, tickets, cancellations, and fare computations.
∎ Maintain relationships with airlines and GDS personnel.
∎ Track trends, manage a sales team, and ensure seamless operations.
∎ Develop and train team members for improved performance.
∎ Job Context:
∎ Seeking a professional with extensive knowledge of GDS systems, airline ticketing, and e-traveling, with leadership and communication skills.
