∎ Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Willingness to travel to client locations for bill collection as needed.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts receivable and payable.
∎ Collect bills from clients and maintain accurate records of payments.
∎ Send bill copies to clients both physically and via online platforms.
∎ Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to minimize credit risk.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoice generation.
∎ Maintain detailed records of client accounts and credit histories.
∎ Prepare and analyze financial reports related to accounts and credit.
∎ Implement and oversee credit control processes and policies.
∎ Resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with internal departments.
∎ Support the finance team in audits and compliance activities.
