Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain & preparing sales invoices, client visit & banking correspondence.
∎ Check all kinds of challan, bill, Voucher.
∎ Manage accounts receivable and payable function efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments and collections.
∎ Conducting Audit, Calculating VAT, Tax & on time Submission of Tax & VAT Return.
∎ Make adjustment entries and make necessary provisions.
∎ Maintain and prepare all kinds of vouchers, cash book, bill register, general ledger & different registers related to finance & accounts and posting into the system.
∎ To preparing monthly management accounts and annual Financial Statements of the company on yearly basis in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) To perform the project costing and analyze the margins
∎ Dealing and coordinating with the external auditors for getting the financial statements audited including other incidental matters.
∎ • Assuring that the business activities of the company are in conformity with predefined policies and procedures i.e. revenue, assets, and capitalization, etc.
∎ Maintaining fixed assets register.
∎ Process of payments and ensuring that the expenses are incurred for the best interest of the company.
∎ Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, flash reports on a regular basis.
∎ Prepare necessary documents and ensure safety and security confidentiality of information.
∎ To prepare monthly accounts and Bank Reconciliation statements.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the seniors and the management as and when required.
∎ Where required initiate proceedings to ensure outstanding debts are bought to a satisfactory conclusion.
∎ To keep the company up to date with new credit management procedures and techniques. Settlement of Intercompany / Group balances.
∎ Must be able to maintain Company accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement.
