Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting strategic business goals, objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures to enhance its market status, profitability and return on investment.
∎ Conduct a strategic review of business performance on a regular basis to determine whether the company is meeting its short-and long-term objectives.
∎ Provide advice, guidance, and direction to the Management to carry out new and existing projects.
∎ Identify prospective lands, projects and make deeds with land owners.
∎ Must have sufficient regularity knowledge of RAJUK, DESCO, City Corporation, and others.
∎ Abule to work closely with the executive sales team to develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with our organizational goals. They will identify market opportunities, evaluate sales trends, and design strategies to maximize revenue growth.
∎ Will actively explore and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances, to expand our customer base and market presence.
∎ Make sound and solid planning and follow-up total ongoing activities to ensure optimum resource utilization.
∎ Improv profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning.
∎ Develop an effective organizational structure and the promotion of a positive internal climate.
∎ Meeting with valued clients, directing & monitoring independently to enhance sales.
∎ Ensures quality client services are provided in a controlled, compliant, and highly efficient manner.
∎ Ensure the working progress as per schedule, problem-solving, weekly/monthly meetings with related heads regarding the operation progress & business development activities as well as report to Management.
∎ Prepare and monitor the budget to achieve goals in line with company goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 48 years
∎ Should have experience at least 20 years out of which the incumbent should hold the position of 'Chief Operating Officer for 03 years in any renowned real estate company.
∎ A strong visionary with proven leadership qualities and an entrepreneurial mindset.
∎ Ability to select, develop and motivate necessary management talent to maintain the company's overall objectives.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication, persuasion, motivation, loyalty, and openness.
∎ Must be a professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character.
∎ Good health & good reference.
