Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidate should have a Masters Degree in any discipline, preference would be given to Science Background

Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be capable to look after 20 lines knitting factory including Production, Compliance, Administration and HR issues independently.
∎ Provides strategic leadership and appropriate business plan for the company by working with the Managing directors and the executive management team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, policies & procedures.
∎ Establishes credibility throughout the organization and with the Mr. Chairman as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.
∎ Provides leadership and management to ensure that the mission and core values of the company are put into practice.
∎ Drives the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.
∎ Spearheads the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
∎ Collaborates with the executive management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and personnel designed to accommodate the growth objectives of the company.
∎ Motivates and leads a high-performance management team; attracts recruits and retains required members of the executive team not currently in place; provides mentoring as a cornerstone to the management career development program.
∎ Acts as lead "client-care officer" through direct contact with every client and partner.
∎ Assists, as required, in raising additional capital at appropriate valuations to enable the company to meet sales, growth and market share objectives.
∎ Fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have proven record of working in a reputed Knit Composite Factory for at least 10 years
∎ Must be self-driven, creative, able to grasp and implement the assignments quickly
∎ Must possess the ability to work under pressure for long hours
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Spoken & Written)
∎ Good Computer skill
