Bachelor/Master`s degree in Business Administration, Agricultural Science, Animal Nutrition, or related fields.
MBL or degree in strategic/business leadership is an added advantage.

Industry Experience:
May have experience in agro, poultry, or feed industry.
Must have experience in a leadership/ management role. Thorough knowledge of feed production, sales, and distribution.
Having experience in leadership role in an international company is an added advantage.

Ability to plan long-term investment and operational strategies.
Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication in Bangla and English.
Ability to present reports to board members, stakeholders, and investors.
