At least 12 years` experience in Capital Market Intermediary.
Having at least 03 years experience as CEO in a reputed Capital Market Intermediary with proven track record. Experience may be relaxed for highly deserving candidates.
Age maximum 50 years as on 31.07.2025. Age may be relaxed in case of highly deserving candidate.
A candidate who will be offered employment will be subject to a criminal check record and other background check.

Mercantile Bank Securities Limited [MBSL] - a subsidiary of Mercantile Bank PLC., intends to recruit dynamic, youth, energetic, result oriented, challenge taker and self motivated qualified individual for the position of Chief Executive Officer [CEO] for the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- The candidate must have leadership, analytical and effective decision making skill to promote and adopt Capital Market Intermediary Planning & Process, Budgeting, Cash Flow, Accounting, negotiation and other Securities management services.
- Able to develop roadmap for Capital Market Intermediary related marketing & legal compliances to become leader in marketplace. Prepare Business Plan, collecting client from Domestic & Abroad, Excellent Analytical ability in Capital Market, Financial Market Operation and knowledge.
- Making effective plan and ensure execution to reach the company target in short period.
- Supervising the operations, functions, compliance & reporting to various regulatory authorities like BSEC, DSE, CSE etc. and with related laws & regulations.
- Conversant with investment research analysis, portfolio management, fund management process and strategy.
- Able to work under pressure and have ability & mindset to carry out assignments.
