Educational Requirements:

∎ Candidates having CFA and Post Graduate Diploma in Capital Market will be considered as an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Investment/Merchant Banking

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall Management of the Brokerage House Business
∎ Design and Implement Effective Business Plan for achieving business target, goals and objectives
∎ Formulating operational policies for the company
∎ Collect new clients for the Securities house and maintain good relation with all the clients of the company.
∎ Take responsibility for the planning, implementation, managing and running of all business activities of the company.
∎ To review and report on the accuracy, timeliness and relevance of the financial and other information that is provided for management.
∎ To maintain liaison with Stakeholders, regulatory authorities and prominent clients.
∎ Market research, developing and opening new branches, marketing communications, public relations and customer service.
∎ Maintaining and complying the relevant rules and regulations as per the BSEC/DSE as a Superior Compliance authority.
∎ Carryout recruitment and selection of required workers, staffs and officers keeping in view the company's objective, policy and practice.
∎ Any other assigned job required by the management.
∎ Formulating rules and regulations in the securities house regarding financial transactions and other important functions
∎ Monitor the functioning of various departments of the house and ensuring
