Minium 20 year(s) experience in real estate/building construction sector.
Experience as AGM/DGM in renowned real estate organizations.
Sound in Project Management & Project Administration.
Computer literacy is must. Knowledge on AutoCAD, 2D, 3D and related computer program is essential.
Should be familiar with Project Management and Operation, Maintenance of Construction Site and Designing.
Experience in constructing high rise Residential and Commercial projects with basements will be preferred.
Self-motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure and have excellent oral and written English communication.
Ensure quality & timely completions of projects.
Job Description/Responsibilities
To lead the engineering team to get the project completed within the stipulated time. Regular monitoring the work progress and control the work schedule.
To collect and analyze weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual work status reports, compile them and take actions required for the progress of work as per work timeline.
Responsible for projects budgeting, planning, scheduling, monitoring, resource utilization, administrative control and initiate the projects to reduce cost.
Should have technical skills of both structural and finishing work about construction of building complexes.
Ensure contractor selection, checking and authorize of contractors bill and other construction related bill process.
Certify quality of supplied materials, inventory control through optimum material requisition and material receiving report.
Conduct meeting and training for skill development of the team.
Absolutely proactive, smart, energetic, self-motivated, determined and be tactful to meet the expectation of the company.
Any other assignment by management as and when necessary.
