Job Context:
∎ The position will report to the CEO. The CBDO is expected to have a broad and comprehensive knowledge of all matters related to the business of the organization with an eye towards identifying new sales prospects and driving business growth and requirements for products and services development.
∎ Job Location - HO, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Elaborate business development plans, design and implement processes to support business growth, through customer and market definition.
∎ Develop and manage the BD team, through an organization set up with assigned responsibilities. Select and facilitate training to hone sales skills and document presentations.
∎ Facilitate business growth by working together with clients as well as business partners (suppliers, subcontractors, JV partners, technology providers, etc.).
∎ Build and maintain high-level contacts with current and prospective customer and other business and project partners.
∎ Drive prospects through to contract award (including identifying new customers and markets, developing approaches to the market, identifying prospects, proposal preparation etc.)
∎ Develop marketing strategy, manage proposal teams and client account managers.
∎ Co-ordinate with other department heads such as Engineering, IT, etc. for optimum and cost- effective performance of the company both at the proposal and delivery stage to maximize customer satisfaction aligned to Group vision and mission statements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ At least 15 years. Has to have had experience working in a senior business development with leadership position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
∎ Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills in Bengali & English.
∎ Proven track record and organizational skills to successfully managing a profit center
∎ Should have excellent generalist business skills, from marketing to financial modeling to strategy.
∎ Should be able to frequently travel in Bangladesh and overseas.
∎ Must be able to evolve with modern techniques and technologies with direct application to the professional group under his direct report.
∎ Must be process based and be able to train his team to perform within strict timelines with set KPI.

Salary: Tk. 150000 - 200000 (Monthly)
