Job Responsibilities:
∎ All chemical and physical test of Fertilizer and fertilizer raw materials.
∎ All chemical and physical test of Cement and cement raw materials.
∎ Maintain all document of quality papers.
∎ Observation mill house area packer and jetty for produce and deliver quality product.
∎ Maintain liaison with production people to conduct in time material order.
∎ Generate and update and maintain different quality assurance related data through SAP.
∎ Validating methods and equipment.
∎ Capable to analysis Raw Materials, Cement product/s by using conventional and instrumental (ED-XRF) method.
∎ Capable to test according to BDS EN, ASTM & BIS method.
∎ Capable to operate ED-XRF, CST machine, PSD, Flame photometer, Spectrophotometer etc.
∎ Ability to calibrate ED-XRF, CST machine, PSD, Blaine Apparatus etc.
∎ Ability to analysis Raw water, Process water, Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant water.
∎ Capable to handle Concrete Laboratory.

∎ Age at least 25 years
