Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma or B.Sc. In Textile & Chemical/M.Sc. in Applied Chemistry or Chemistry
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking all parameters before running any lot & maintain shade according to the standard
∎ setting.
∎ During running shift, maintain chemistry register (parameters), dyes & chemical preparation.
∎ Monitor dyes & chemical dosing according to required shade.
∎ During running shift monitor warping, dyeing & sizing what is running in which section if find any
∎ problem in any section inform to the senior.
∎ Look after the lab instruments & checking with carefully if necessary calibrate the instrument.
∎ During running shift maintain floor discipline of department.
∎ Monitor the subordinator duties.
∎ Give instruction to the workers about using of chemicals (proper handling) dyes & chemicals.
∎ Keep cleaning whole machine & its area like dye-kitchen, sized-kitchen, hood, creel etc.
∎ During running production when steam, air, water pressure becomes down inform to concern
∎ department & our department senior very soon.
∎ Complete all reports, production (sizing, warping) reports etc.
∎ Give training & instruction to subordinator about machine’s risky places & consciousness of dyes
∎ and chemicals handling.
∎ If found any maintenance problem immediately inform the concerned department senior person.
∎ Should have good knowledge about chemical compliance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preference on working experience in Germany BENNINGER Dyeing machine.
