Job Context:
∎ A renowned business conglomerate in Bangladesh is also the sole distributor of an internationally favoured brand of lubricants, offering all kinds of lubricants, greases, coolants and functional fluids solutions.
∎ They have their own blending plant and are expanding their business throughout the country. The company is now looking for a capable, energetic and proactive individual to fill the positions for required Department.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure & maintain a clean and orderly laboratory environment in accordance with good laboratory practices.
∎ To prepare all standard solutions like normal, molar etc. for testing purpose and standardize reagents. Keep all chemicals and reagents properly labeled & safe condition as per PIAQA guidelines.
∎ To perform internal scheduled calibration & validation also maintenance for all laboratory equipment as per SOP.
∎ To ensure quantitative/qualitative properties of Raw materials, In-Process & finish products by using technical equipment’s and data recorded.
∎ Assist to analyze root cause of any problem of products, raw-materials & Laboratory incidents, etc.
∎ Ensure the quality of packaging materials as per specification & keep record as per guideline.
∎ Maintain inventory of laboratory Chemicals, Glassware, spare parts & Gases and make sure availability.
∎ Monitor the process and production. Ensure the quality of products are manufactured as per our quality standard.
∎ To follow up and maintain safety & hygienic rules in Laboratory.
∎ To prepare & update all PIAQA & IMS relevant documents as per requirements.
