Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Master of Science (MSc)
∎ Bachelor/Masters in Chemistry from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the store operation is fully functional in its capacity and capable of providing the required support of chemical needs.
∎ Ensure availability of all products at store to minimize production loss and provide on-time requisition as per reordering level.
∎ Conduct monthly inventory verification of chemical by checking the physical conditions of products at store.
∎ Ensure completion of stock reconciliation by checking the records of ERP vs. manual & physical.
∎ Ensure accurate and on time entry in ERP Software of all items movement of store.
∎ Maintains receiving, warehousing, distribution and consumption report of chemical.
∎ Coordinate with laboratory, store and accounts and other department.
∎ Ensure storage chemical & finish products quality assurance, floor planning, packing materials design, daily basis cost calculation, testing instruments maintenance, chemical management, manpower trained up.
∎ Maintain Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for chemical store.
∎ Making monthly requisition for required items & service.
∎ Preparing buyer related document.
∎ Follow up to keep the Store area neat & clean and well organize (as per compliance).
∎ Follow-up Hazard & non-Hazard chemicals segregated and stored separately.
∎ Follow up warehouse & employee safety facility (as per compliance).
∎ Conduct Monthly 100% physical counting of inventory.
∎ Follow up daily Receive & delivery report & inform to department head.
∎ Follow up Stock Register & Consumption report.
∎ Keep accurate physical inventory Monthly & Yearly.
∎ Coordinate Purchase/Procurement Team, Commercial, F & A, Audit department
∎ Need to ensure overall safety of the store and safe handling from point to point.
∎ Need to prepare all data and information as required by the buyers for audit purpose
∎ Need to coordinate with the sub chemical store people and teach them proper handling and accounting with proper inventory management procedures.
∎ Perform cordially any other job assign by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Extensive knowledge of practices of data processing.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have capability to face critical situation.
∎ Must have sound computer proficiency.
∎ Excellent command over English and Bengali.
