Responsibilities & Context:

• Handle and supervise lab operations within the factory environment, ensuring accuracy in sample preparation and testing.

• Coordinate with the maintenance and quality control teams to ensure equipment efficiency and product quality.

• Review the test results produced by QC Officers against specification and make decision on approval or repetition of the test or rejection of the sample.

• Monitor the analytical method validation program in QC Laboratory. Actively participate to develop any cost-effective analytical method and validation of this method.

• Provide training to QC personnel on QC activity, techniques to increase their potentiality and on QC related theoretical knowledge.

• Maintain detailed production reports and documentation for management review.

• Perform risk assessments and provide guidance to relevant teams regarding necessary chemical tests.

• Contribute to the preparation of presentations (PPTs) to help concerned teams understand chemical testing requirements.

• Maintain up-to-date records of chemical testing methods and requirements.

• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure the laboratory remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

• Assist in troubleshooting laboratory instruments and resolving technical issues as they arise.

• Collaborate with team members and offer technical support when needed.

• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot operational and technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

• Ensure all health, safety, and environmental regulations are strictly followed on the factory floor.
