Responsibilities & Context:
Core Responsibilities
Project Oversight: Plan and execute chemical cleaning procedures, ensuring proper chemical circulation and contaminant removal.
Safety Management: Conduct risk assessments, lead Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and strictly enforce Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards.
Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise technicians, monitoring productivity and daily crew activities.
Inventory Control: Monitor chemical usage, maintain adequate stock levels, and ensure cleaning equipment is safely maintained.
Documentation: Keep detailed records of chemical usage, operational parameters, and project results to submit to management and clients
