Experience:

• 1 to 5 years

• HSC (Vocational) in in any discipline.

• 1 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Restaurant

• Age 35 to 40 years

• Minimum HSC or relevant (Vocational / Technical – Hospitality / Cooking field) in any discipline.

• If the candidate can speak in Turkish & English to communicate with customers and higher management independently, it would be preferable.

• At least 05 years of work experience in reputed restaurant with similar position.

• Prepare and present authentic Turkish dishes, including kebabs, grilled items, mezze, and traditional main courses also Strong knowledge of Turkish culinary techniques and ingredients.

• Develop and standardize recipes in line with international culinary standards;

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard restaurant environment;

• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation;

• Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP compliance);

• Supervise kitchen operations, including inventory control and food cost management;

• Collaborate with management to introduce new menu items and seasonal specials;

• Ensure efficient kitchen workflow and timely service delivery;

• Must be able to conduct effective manpower training and guide kitchen staff to maintain professional standards to minimize cost and increase efficiency.
