Experience:
Minimum HSC or relevant (Vocational / Technical – Hospitality / Cooking field) in any discipline.
If the candidate can speak in Turkish & English to communicate with customers and higher management independently, it would be preferable.
At least 05 years of work experience in reputed restaurant with similar position.
Prepare and present authentic Turkish dishes, including kebabs, grilled items, mezze, and traditional main courses also Strong knowledge of Turkish culinary techniques and ingredients.
Develop and standardize recipes in line with international culinary standards;
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard restaurant environment;
Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation;
Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP compliance);
Supervise kitchen operations, including inventory control and food cost management;
Collaborate with management to introduce new menu items and seasonal specials;
Ensure efficient kitchen workflow and timely service delivery;
Must be able to conduct effective manpower training and guide kitchen staff to maintain professional standards to minimize cost and increase efficiency.
