Educational Requirements:
∎ SSC
∎ SSC/Diploma in Food Preparation & Management from PARJATAN or any other reputed institution.
∎ Appropriate degree from culinary school & certification on HACCP related certificate will be advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bakery Cook, Breakfast cook expert, Continental Cooking, Local food cooking, Western Food Cooking
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Catering, Hotel, Restaurant

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cook specially foreign food;
∎ Receiving menu for cooking from the concerned of the resident owner daily basis;
∎ Serve meals and snacks to family and their guests;
∎ Plan and prepare food for holiday meals, lunch, special functions, and other social events;
∎ Peel, wash, trim, and cook vegetables, fish and meats, and bake breads and pastries, and maintaining cleanliness etc;
∎ Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production, preservation and presentation;
∎ Cook food in various utensils or grillers;
∎ Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen;
∎ Ensure all food and other items are stored properly;
∎ Check quality of ingredients daily basis;
∎ Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must have a Proven experience record (certified by the authority);
∎ Excellent record of kitchen management;
∎ Excellent physical condition and stamina;
∎ Ability to identify and resolve problems immediately;
∎ Team player & Quick Lerner;
∎ Habit to work under pressure /stressful situation;
∎ Communication and leadership skills.

Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
